Do I need experience towing a trailer?

Prior experience is recommended, but not required. Renters are responsible for ensuring they are comfortable and capable of safely towing the trailer. Our team can answer basic questions at pickup, but we cannot provide towing instruction.

What do I need to bring to pick up a trailer?

You’ll need:

  • A valid Texas driver’s license

  • Proof of insurance for the towing vehicle

  • A valid credit card

  • A vehicle properly equipped to tow the trailer

  • A signed rental agreement and damage protection form

What counts as a rental day?

Each calendar day the trailer is in your possession counts as one rental day, regardless of pickup or return time, unless otherwise specified in your reservation.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit amount depends on the trailer type and rental length and is released after the trailer is returned and inspected.

What happens if the trailer is returned late?

Late returns may result in additional rental charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate returning the trailer late to avoid extra fees.

Can someone else tow the trailer for me?

Only the renter listed on the rental agreement is authorized to tow the trailer unless prior approval is given. Additional drivers must be disclosed and approved before pickup.

Am I responsible if the trailer is damaged?

Yes. The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the credit card on file if not paid at return.

What should I do if the trailer breaks down or has a problem?

Contact us immediately if you experience any issues during your rental. Do not attempt repairs without authorization.

Are the trailers inspected and maintained?

Absolutely. All trailers are routinely maintained, inspected, and cleaned before and after every rental to ensure safety and reliability.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
