Trailer Rental Requirements
To ensure a safe and smooth rental experience, renters must provide:

A completed and signed Trailer Rental Agreement

A signed Damage Protection Election or Decline form
-
A valid Texas driver’s license
-
Proof of insurance for the towing vehicle

A valid credit card on file
Rental Periods
Each calendar day the trailer remains in the renter’s possession counts as one rental day. We offer flexible rental options including hourly, daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly rates to fit your needs.
Towing Vehicle Requirements
The towing vehicle must be in safe operating condition and properly equipped to tow the selected trailer, including an appropriate hitch, wiring, and towing capacity.
Customer Responsibility
Once the rental agreement is executed, the renter assumes full responsibility for the trailer. Any damage incurred during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer. The credit card on file may be charged for repair or replacement costs if damages are not settled at the time of return.
